Terms & Conditions

Please review these Terms & Conditions before booking or approving any JP Pro Services job.

These terms explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and expectations that apply to JP Pro Services.

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

Welcome to JP Pro Services. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and expectations that apply when a customer requests, books, approves, pays for, or uses any JP Pro Services service.

By booking a service, approving an estimate, making a payment, accepting an invoice, submitting a request, communicating with JP Pro Services, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

JP Pro Services currently offers:

  • Car Detailing
  • Trash Can Cleaning
  • Electronic Repair
  • Business Website Design

These Terms apply to all JP Pro Services services unless a separate written agreement is provided and approved by JP Pro Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, booking a service, paying for a service, or allowing JP Pro Services to begin work, the customer agrees to follow these Terms & Conditions.

If a customer does not agree with these Terms, they should not book, approve, or use any JP Pro Services service. JP Pro Services may update these Terms at any time, and the most current version posted on the website applies to new bookings, new service requests, and future work.

2. Service Requests and Estimates

All service requests are reviewed before work begins. Prices shown online may be starting prices, package prices, estimates, or general price ranges depending on the service.

Final pricing may change based on the size of the job, condition of the vehicle, trash cans, device, or project, required labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, service complexity, travel distance, access issues, weather, site conditions, or additional requests made before, during, or after service.

JP Pro Services may request photos, videos, service details, device information, business information, or an inspection before confirming a final price. A service is not officially confirmed until JP Pro Services accepts the request and communicates the next steps.

JP Pro Services may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a request if the job is unsafe, misrepresented, outside the approved scope, unreasonable, illegal, or not serviceable with the available tools, products, equipment, or conditions.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability, location, weather, service type, customer communication, and service requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service details, location information, preferred date and time, access instructions, and any known issues or special concerns.

Late responses, incorrect information, missing details, unavailable access, unsafe conditions, or lack of required utilities may delay, reschedule, or cancel the service.

Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Rain, snow, extreme heat, extreme cold, or high winds
  • Unsafe weather or poor lighting
  • Equipment limitations
  • Water or power access problems
  • Other conditions outside JP Pro Services’ control

JP Pro Services will try to communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Customer Access Requirements

Customers must provide safe, reasonable, and legal access to the service area, vehicle, trash cans, device, or project information.

Depending on the service, the customer may need to provide:

  • Driveway, parking, or outdoor work access
  • Outdoor water and power access
  • Accessible trash cans or recycling bins
  • Vehicle keys or unlocked vehicle access
  • Device passwords, passcodes, or account access when needed
  • Website account access, business information, project content, images, logos, and approvals

If access is not available when JP Pro Services arrives, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, refused, or subject to additional fees. JP Pro Services is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by locked areas, unavailable property, blocked access, incorrect addresses, customer absence, unavailable utilities, or customer-provided access issues.

5. Water and Power Requirements

For services that require water or electricity, the customer must provide access to a safe and working water source and power outlet unless another arrangement is approved before the appointment.

For mobile car detailing and exterior cleaning services, the customer may be required to provide:

  • A working outdoor water spigot
  • A safe electrical outlet
  • Permission to use the water and power
  • Enough space to safely work around the vehicle or service area

If water or power is not available, JP Pro Services must be told before the appointment. If JP Pro Services arrives and water, power, or access is unavailable, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for issues caused by weak water pressure, faulty outlets, damaged customer utilities, unsafe electrical connections, leaking spigots, or other utility problems that existed before service.

6. Payments

Payment is required according to the approved quote, invoice, service agreement, or direct communication from JP Pro Services.

Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, cash, check, or another payment method specifically approved by JP Pro Services. JP Pro Services does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every service.

JP Pro Services may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before certain services begin.

Deposits may be required for services such as:

  • Electronic repair parts
  • Website design projects
  • Large detail jobs
  • Special materials or custom work
  • Jobs requiring travel, preparation, or reserved time

Checks must be made payable as instructed by JP Pro Services. Work, pickup, delivery, project launch, website transfer, repaired device release, or final service completion may be delayed until a check has cleared. Returned checks, failed payments, reversed payments, disputed payments, or unpaid balances may result in delayed service, canceled service, refused future service, or additional approved charges.

Unpaid balances must be paid before final delivery, completed work release, repaired device pickup, website transfer, project launch, or future service approval. JP Pro Services may pause or withhold final delivery of work until payment is completed.

7. Deposits, Refunds, and Non-Refundable Costs

Deposits may be non-refundable when JP Pro Services has already committed time, scheduling, labor, materials, parts, travel, or project preparation.

Non-refundable costs may include:

  • Ordered electronic parts
  • Special products or materials
  • Website setup work
  • Domain or hosting setup assistance
  • Third-party software costs
  • Reserved appointment time, travel preparation, or custom planning

Refunds are not guaranteed after work has started or after a service has been completed. If a customer is unhappy with a service, they must contact JP Pro Services as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed.

JP Pro Services may, at its discretion, offer a correction, partial refund, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify JP Pro Services as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, late cancellations, or unavailable access may result in refusal of future service.

JP Pro Services may cancel or reschedule if the job is unsafe, misrepresented, outside the approved scope, not reasonably serviceable, affected by unsafe weather, missing required access, missing required utilities, or if the customer requests work JP Pro Services does not provide.

Deposits may not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after preparation, scheduling, parts ordering, travel, or work has already started.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and safe access before and during service. Customers must remove or secure personal belongings, valuables, loose items, trash, hazardous materials, sharp objects, weapons, private documents, sensitive information, and anything that may interfere with the service.

Customers must disclose known issues, including:

  • Vehicle damage, paint damage, leaks, stains, odors, mold, or pest activity
  • Broken trash cans, cracked bins, damaged lids, or missing parts
  • Cracked screens, water-damaged electronics, battery issues, or locked devices
  • Previous repairs, previous damage, or previous failed repair attempts
  • Website account restrictions, missing content, or ownership/access issues

JP Pro Services is not responsible for issues caused by hidden damage, pre-existing conditions, weak materials, failing parts, previous poor repairs, missing information, or problems the customer did not disclose.

10. Mobile Car Detailing Terms

Car detailing services are mobile unless otherwise stated. Customers must provide a safe and legal location where the vehicle can be serviced, with enough space to work around the vehicle and use equipment safely.

The customer must provide access to water and electricity unless another arrangement is approved before the appointment.

Vehicles must be:

  • Accessible and legally parked
  • Safe to work around
  • Unlocked when interior service is needed
  • Free of excessive personal belongings
  • Free of dangerous items
  • Available at the scheduled time

JP Pro Services is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers should remove valuables, money, documents, electronics, child seats, personal belongings, and private items before service.

Child seats may be moved if needed, but JP Pro Services does not reinstall, secure, or guarantee the safety of child seats. Customers are responsible for checking and reinstalling child seats properly.

11. Vehicle Condition and Detailing Limitations

JP Pro Services works to provide high-quality detailing results, but final results depend on the vehicle’s condition, materials, age, maintenance history, previous damage, and contamination level.

Not every issue can be fully removed or corrected, including:

  • Deep stains, permanent stains, odors, pet hair, sand, mold, or mildew
  • Scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, water spots, or paint defects
  • Dye transfer, burn marks, worn fabric, cracked leather, or faded trim
  • Rust, clear coat failure, old tint, brittle plastics, or worn carpets

Additional charges may apply for vehicles with excessive trash, biohazards, vomit, blood, urine, feces, mold, heavy pet hair, heavy sand, heavy stains, heavy mud, severe odor, abandoned condition, pest infestation, or extremely dirty interiors.

JP Pro Services may refuse vehicles that are unsafe, hazardous, infested, contaminated, or beyond the approved service scope.

12. Pre-Existing Vehicle Damage

Customers should inspect and disclose any known damage before service. JP Pro Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, weak materials, loose parts, failing clear coat, cracked paint, damaged trim, brittle plastics, leaking seals, loose emblems, aftermarket parts, or previous poor repairs.

During normal detailing, weak or damaged areas may become more noticeable after dirt, grime, oxidation, or residue is removed. This may include peeling paint, failing clear coat, cracked trim, loose badges, damaged wheels, curb rash, scratched glass, worn interior buttons, loose vents, torn upholstery, broken clips, old tint, faded plastics, brittle rubber seals, prior paintwork, previous ceramic coatings, or old waxes.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for damage caused by defective materials, poor previous repairs, age-related failure, hidden problems, or normal wear revealed during cleaning.

13. Trash Can Cleaning Terms

Trash can and recycling bin cleaning should be scheduled when bins are empty and accessible. Customers should schedule service after city trash and recycling pickup whenever possible.

The customer is responsible for making sure bins are:

  • Empty and accessible
  • Placed in the agreed location
  • Safe to handle
  • Free of hazardous materials, chemicals, sharp objects, biological waste, and excessive loose trash

JP Pro Services can clean trash cans and recycling bins, but bins must be empty before service begins. JP Pro Services is not responsible if the city, county, trash company, HOA, or pickup provider fails to empty the bins before the scheduled cleaning.

Recurring trash can cleaning, including monthly, bi-monthly, biweekly, or other scheduled service, depends on availability, customer access, weather, pickup schedules, and continued customer approval. Recurring service does not guarantee the exact same day or time unless confirmed by JP Pro Services. Customers are responsible for notifying JP Pro Services if they need to pause, cancel, skip, or reschedule recurring service.

If bins are full, blocked, missing, locked away, unsafe, or unavailable, the service may be skipped, canceled, rescheduled, or charged as attempted service.

14. Trash Can Damage and Limitations

JP Pro Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage to trash cans, recycling bins, lids, wheels, handles, hinges, cracks, weak plastic, city-owned bins, county-owned bins, or HOA-provided containers.

Trash cans are often exposed to sun, weather, heavy loads, chemicals, animals, and rough handling by pickup services. Because of this, plastic may already be weak, cracked, warped, brittle, or damaged before cleaning.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for:

  • Broken lids, wheels, handles, hinges, or missing parts
  • Cracked, warped, weak, brittle, or weather-damaged plastic
  • Damage caused by trash pickup, city workers, county workers, animals, or customer misuse
  • Odors, stains, residue, or contamination that cannot be fully removed

Some odors, stains, residue, and contamination may remain depending on the age and condition of the bin. JP Pro Services may refuse to clean bins containing hazardous, illegal, biological, chemical, medical, or unsafe waste.

15. Electronic Repair Terms

Electronic repair depends on the device condition, parts availability, diagnostic results, prior repair attempts, and repair limits. Customers must provide accurate information about the device, including the device model, known damage, liquid exposure, drop damage, charging issues, screen issues, battery issues, prior repairs, password or lock status, missing parts, and any recent problems.

Customers should back up all important data before service. JP Pro Services is not responsible for lost data, corrupted data, missing files, deleted files, account lockouts, software issues, failed backups, or data that becomes inaccessible during diagnosis or repair.

Devices may already be damaged, unstable, or failing before service. Some devices may stop working during testing, inspection, or repair because of pre-existing damage, water damage, failing parts, motherboard issues, battery failure, short circuits, previous poor repairs, or hidden internal damage. JP Pro Services is not responsible for failure caused by pre-existing device conditions.

16. Electronic Parts, Diagnostics, and Repair Limits

Final repair pricing may depend on the device model, part cost, damage level, labor required, diagnostic findings, prior repair attempts, availability of parts, quality of replacement parts, and customer-approved repair scope.

Diagnostic fees are charged for inspection, testing, time, and repair evaluation. A diagnostic fee may still apply even if the customer chooses not to move forward with the repair, if the device cannot be repaired, or if the repair cost is not approved by the customer. JP Pro Services may apply the diagnostic fee toward the final repair only when clearly approved or communicated by JP Pro Services.

Some devices may be too damaged, water-damaged, locked, missing parts, outdated, or not worth repairing. Diagnostics do not guarantee that a device can be repaired, and a repair attempt does not guarantee full device restoration.

Replacement parts may vary depending on availability, supplier quality, device model, and customer approval. JP Pro Services may refuse to work on devices that appear stolen, locked without proof of ownership, tampered with, unsafe, counterfeit, or not legally owned by the customer.

Customers are responsible for removing personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information when possible before service.

17. Electronic Repair Warranty Limitations

Any repair warranty, if offered, applies only to the specific part or repair completed by JP Pro Services and only for the period clearly stated at the time of service.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • New damage, drop damage, water damage, or customer misuse
  • Tampering or third-party repair attempts
  • Software changes, malware, account lockouts, or data issues
  • Battery swelling, motherboard failure, or unrelated device failure
  • Pre-existing issues or devices with liquid damage or severe internal damage

If no written warranty is provided, no repair warranty is guaranteed.

18. Abandoned Devices or Property

Customers must pick up repaired devices, inspected devices, parts, or other property within the timeframe communicated by JP Pro Services.

If a customer does not respond, pay, or pick up their property after repeated attempts to communicate, the item may be considered abandoned to the fullest extent allowed by law. Storage fees may apply for items left for an extended period.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for abandoned property after reasonable communication attempts have been made.

19. Business Website UX Design Terms

Website design and digital project timelines depend on scope, content readiness, revisions, approvals, communication, and third-party services.

Customers must provide required materials on time, including:

  • Business name, logo, brand colors, and business details
  • Text content, service descriptions, pricing information, images, and videos
  • Contact information, social media links, and required legal page content
  • Domain, hosting, email, booking system, and payment system access when needed
  • Feedback, approvals, and revision requests within the agreed timeline

Project delays may occur if the customer does not provide content, access, feedback, or approvals on time. JP Pro Services is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, slow customer communication, third-party platforms, hosting companies, domain providers, payment processors, booking tools, email providers, plugins, or customer account issues.

20. Website Project Scope and Revisions

Website design work is based on the approved project scope. The approved scope may include specific pages, sections, features, forms, design direction, integrations, or revision rounds.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra pages, sections, features, or forms
  • Booking systems, payment systems, or third-party integrations
  • Language translation, copywriting, logo design, graphic design, or SEO work
  • Blog setup, e-commerce setup, advanced animations, or custom functionality
  • Major layout changes, redesigns, additional revision rounds, or urgent turnaround requests

Monthly Website Care is available only after a website build, redesign, or approved website review unless JP Pro Services agrees otherwise. Monthly Website Care may include small updates, basic checks, content updates, performance checks, SEO improvements, landing page updates, or strategy suggestions depending on the approved plan. Monthly Website Care does not include major redesigns, new websites, advanced custom features, emergency support, hosting fees, domain fees, paid subscriptions, third-party platform costs, or large content projects unless approved separately.

Revisions must stay within the approved project scope. A revision means adjusting or improving agreed work. It does not mean creating a completely new design, new page, new feature, or new project unless approved separately.

21. Website Content, Ownership, and Legal Responsibility

The customer is responsible for making sure all content provided to JP Pro Services is accurate, legal, and authorized for use. This includes images, videos, logos, fonts, text, music, brand assets, customer reviews, product information, service descriptions, pricing, business claims, certifications, licenses, and contact information.

Customers must not provide stolen, copyrighted, trademarked, private, misleading, illegal, or unauthorized content. JP Pro Services is not responsible for legal claims, copyright issues, trademark issues, stolen content, false business claims, misleading information, or unauthorized materials provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all website content before launch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for their own legal pages, privacy policies, cookie notices, accessibility requirements, industry disclosures, business licenses, tax obligations, and compliance requirements. JP Pro Services may help create general website text, but legal compliance is the customer’s responsibility.

22. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Platforms

Websites may require third-party services such as domain providers, hosting platforms, email providers, booking tools, payment processors, form tools, analytics tools, plugins, apps, subscriptions, APIs, and security tools.

These third-party services may have separate costs, rules, terms, outages, updates, or limitations. JP Pro Services is not responsible for third-party platform outages, price changes, account suspensions, billing issues, plugin failures, domain expiration, hosting downtime, email issues, payment processor problems, API changes, or service interruptions outside JP Pro Services’ control.

Customers are responsible for keeping account logins, passwords, billing information, subscriptions, and third-party services active and secure unless a separate maintenance agreement is approved.

23. Website Security and Sensitive Information

JP Pro Services will take reasonable care when handling website access, login credentials, business information, and project materials. However, no website, platform, email system, plugin, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for stolen information, hacked accounts, lost access, data breaches, malware, phishing, weak passwords, reused passwords, customer-shared credentials, third-party breaches, hosting vulnerabilities, plugin vulnerabilities, or security issues outside JP Pro Services’ control.

Customers should use strong passwords, two-factor authentication, secure email accounts, trusted payment processors, and safe account practices. Customers should not send highly sensitive information unless necessary.

24. Project Delivery and Final Approval

A website or digital project is considered delivered when JP Pro Services provides the completed work, publishes the website, transfers the files, gives access, or submits the final version for approval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed work and requesting corrections within the approved revision period. Once the project is approved, published, transferred, or considered complete, additional changes may require a new service agreement or additional payment.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for errors, outdated information, broken links, incorrect pricing, missing details, or content problems that the customer approved or failed to review before launch.

25. Service Results and Limitations

JP Pro Services works to provide high-quality results, but some results depend on condition, materials, age, access, damage, customer communication, third-party systems, and service limitations.

JP Pro Services does not guarantee that:

  • Every stain, odor, scratch, or damaged surface will be fully corrected
  • Every electronic issue will be repaired or every device will be recoverable
  • Every trash can odor, stain, residue, or contamination will be fully removed
  • Every website issue will be solved or every website will perform a specific way online
  • A website will rank first on Google, generate sales, produce leads, or guarantee business success

Before-and-after photos, portfolio examples, reviews, and previous work do not guarantee identical results for every customer.

26. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Use

JP Pro Services may take photos or videos before, during, and after service for records, quality control, marketing, social media, portfolio use, website content, customer communication, and proof of work.

This may include photos or videos of vehicles, wheels, interiors, exterior details, trash cans, devices, work areas, website screenshots, before-and-after results, cleaning or repair processes, and completed projects.

JP Pro Services may post service content on social media pages, website pages, ads, portfolios, and other business platforms. JP Pro Services will make reasonable efforts to hide or avoid private information when possible.

This may include:

  • Covering license plates with a custom plate cover
  • Blurring license plates, addresses, or house numbers
  • Avoiding private documents, personal items, and sensitive customer information
  • Avoiding or hiding identifying details when reasonable

Customers may request that certain photos or videos not be posted publicly before or during service. If the customer does not request privacy restrictions before or during service, JP Pro Services may use non-sensitive photos or videos for business, marketing, and portfolio purposes.

27. License Plates, Addresses, and Personal Information in Media

For car detailing content, JP Pro Services may cover the license plate with a custom plate cover or blur the plate before posting. For trash can cleaning, exterior work, or mobile services, JP Pro Services may blur or avoid showing addresses, house numbers, mail, private documents, or other identifying details when possible.

JP Pro Services will try to respect customer privacy, but customers are responsible for removing private items from vehicles, bins, devices, and work areas before service begins. JP Pro Services is not responsible for private items left visible by the customer.

28. Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Customers may leave reviews, testimonials, photos, or feedback about JP Pro Services. By submitting a review, testimonial, or feedback, the customer allows JP Pro Services to display, repost, quote, or share that review for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

JP Pro Services may edit reviews only for spelling, length, formatting, or clarity, but will not intentionally change the meaning of the customer’s feedback.

29. Safety, Pets, Children, and Property

Customers are responsible for keeping pets, children, and bystanders away from the work area. JP Pro Services may use equipment, chemicals, tools, water, electricity, pressure washers, vacuums, air tools, repair tools, and other supplies that should not be touched by children, pets, or unauthorized people.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Pets, children, visitors, and bystanders
  • Personal property, valuables, fragile items, and nearby vehicles
  • Safe access, parking permission, and property rules
  • HOA, apartment, business property, or community restrictions

JP Pro Services may refuse or stop service if the work area becomes unsafe, crowded, hostile, or unreasonable.

30. Hazardous Materials and Unsafe Conditions

JP Pro Services may refuse or stop work if hazardous or unsafe materials are present.

This includes:

  • Blood, vomit, feces, urine, needles, or biological waste
  • Sharp objects, chemicals, gasoline, pesticides, or unsafe substances
  • Mold, heavy mildew, dead animals, pest infestations, or biohazards
  • Weapons, illegal items, unsafe electrical conditions, aggressive animals, or threatening behavior

If hazardous conditions are discovered after arrival or after work begins, JP Pro Services may stop work immediately. Additional charges may apply if the job requires extra labor, disposal, cleaning, rescheduling, or special handling.

31. Refusal of Service

JP Pro Services has the right to refuse, cancel, pause, or stop service at any time if the job is unsafe, the customer is disrespectful or threatening, the job was misrepresented, the service area is not accessible, required water or power is unavailable, payment is not made, the requested work is illegal, the requested work is outside the approved scope, the condition is worse than described, the customer refuses updated pricing, the item or property is not serviceable, or JP Pro Services determines the job is not reasonable to complete.

Refusal of service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, especially if time, travel, materials, parts, preparation, or partial work has already been completed.

32. Damage Claims

Customers must report any concern or damage claim as soon as possible after service.

Damage claims must include:

  • Customer name
  • Service date
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos
  • Any relevant proof
  • Explanation of why the issue is believed to be caused by JP Pro Services

JP Pro Services is not responsible for claims made long after service when the condition could have changed, been used, moved, cleaned again, repaired by someone else, exposed to weather, handled by third parties, or affected by normal wear.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, customer-caused damage, third-party damage, or damage caused by weak, old, defective, or previously repaired materials.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JP Pro Services is not responsible for indirect, accidental, special, emotional, financial, business, or consequential damages.

This includes:

  • Lost profits, lost customers, or lost business opportunities
  • Lost data, lost files, lost website traffic, or lost rankings
  • Missed appointments, device downtime, or vehicle downtime
  • Third-party platform issues or customer inconvenience
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, third parties, or customer-provided information/access issues

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JP Pro Services’ maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific approved service related to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

34. No Guarantee of Business Results

For Business Website UX Design and digital services, JP Pro Services may help create a professional website, improve user experience, organize content, and improve the look and function of a business website.

However, JP Pro Services does not guarantee:

  • Sales, leads, bookings, or revenue increases
  • Search engine rankings or website traffic
  • Social media growth or customer conversions
  • Approval by third-party platforms
  • Ad performance or business success

Business results depend on many factors outside JP Pro Services’ control, including pricing, reputation, market demand, customer service, advertising, competition, reviews, location, business operations, and customer decisions.

35. Communication

Customers are responsible for responding to JP Pro Services in a timely manner. Communication may happen through phone, text, email, website forms, social media messages, invoices, booking platforms, or other approved communication methods.

Delays in customer communication may delay service, project timelines, repair timelines, delivery, or launch. JP Pro Services is not responsible for delays caused by missed messages, incorrect contact information, full inboxes, blocked messages, spam filters, or slow customer responses.

36. Customer-Provided Products, Parts, or Materials

If a customer asks JP Pro Services to use customer-provided products, parts, content, software, images, plugins, tools, or materials, the customer is responsible for those items.

JP Pro Services is not responsible for poor results, damage, incompatibility, failure, legal issues, or performance problems caused by customer-provided materials. JP Pro Services may refuse to use customer-provided products, parts, or materials if they appear unsafe, low-quality, incompatible, illegal, expired, damaged, or not suitable for the requested service.

37. Weather, Delays, and Conditions Outside Our Control

JP Pro Services is not responsible for delays, cancellations, incomplete service, or changed timelines caused by conditions outside its control.

This includes weather, traffic, emergencies, illness, equipment failure, supplier delays, shipping delays, parts availability, utility issues, power outages, internet outages, platform outages, customer delays, city trash pickup delays, unsafe conditions, or third-party service problems.

JP Pro Services will make reasonable efforts to communicate and reschedule when needed.

38. Service Area and Travel

JP Pro Services may offer mobile services in selected service areas. Service availability may depend on location, distance, schedule, travel time, service type, job size, parking availability, weather, and access requirements.

Additional travel fees may apply depending on the customer’s location. JP Pro Services may refuse service outside its service area or in locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, restricted, or not practical for mobile work.

39. Intellectual Property

The JP Pro Services name, branding, website content, graphics, service descriptions, photos, videos, processes, and marketing materials may not be copied, reused, reposted, modified, or used by others without permission.

For website design projects, ownership of final website materials may depend on the approved agreement, payment status, third-party platform rules, and customer-provided materials. JP Pro Services may keep copies of project files, screenshots, designs, and work examples for records, portfolio use, and business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

40. Final Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the general agreement between the customer and JP Pro Services for service requests, bookings, payments, and completed work. Special written agreements, invoices, or approved service messages may add to or override certain terms only when clearly approved by JP Pro Services.

If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will still apply. By booking, approving, paying for, or using JP Pro Services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

41. Contact

For questions about these Terms & Conditions, service policies, bookings, or customer responsibilities, customers may contact JP Pro Services through the contact options provided on the website.
